WISTA PERU Technical Visit

As part of the development of its annual plan, the WISTA PERÚ Foreign Trade practice area has organized a technical visit to the Villas Oquendo Temporary Warehouse.
The objective of this visit is to train the members of the association on the handling of consolidated cargo (LCL) and containerized cargo (FCL) of a temporary warehouse, the layout, the use of technology in favor of processes and services that the DT can offer according to the client’s needs; The DT being a very important part of the logistics chain where import cargoes have a mandatory destination if they do not accept the anticipated customs clearance system and in the case of exports, their passage is mandatory for a cargo in LCL condition.
This initiative has been led by Patricia Cabello Benites, who is General Manager of SACO Shipping GmbH Peru, with experience in the foreign trade sector, mainly in the international maritime and air transport sector in cargo agencies and international consolidators.
