Mariela is the current President of WISTA PERU and Director of the Technology Committee, she has more than 23 years of experience in the technology sector, of which more than 13 years in the port-maritime sector, holding positions of responsibility in public entities and private. She received an Honorable Mention, within the framework of the 2021 Maritime Award of the Americas “Outstanding Woman in the Maritime Port Sector”, for her outstanding work promoting the digital port transformation in Peru. She is a professional in Computer and Systems Engineering. Master in International Business Management. She specialized in Information Technology, in Digital Transformation, in Technology, operations and environmental management in Ports, in its administration and organization.
