INTRODUCING THE 2025-I MENTORING PROGRAM
On Friday, April 11th, WISTA Peru officially launched its 2025-I Mentoring Program.
This initiative was developed within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement signed between WISTA Peru and Ositrán Peru. Its goal is to invite female collaborators from Ositrán to participate as mentees in this new edition of the program, focusing on their professional development and connecting them with industry leaders.
The session included Mariela Gutarra, President of WISTA Peru; Cecilia Rios Bernedo, Director of the Mentoring Committee; Maria Cristina Escalante Melchiors, Director of the Social Responsibility Committee and an OSITRAN professional; and Fabiola del Castillo, an OSITRAN collaborator and WISTA Peru member. We also had a strong team from OSITRAN present, creating a warm and motivating atmosphere that marked the start of this great initiative.
At WISTA Peru, we continue to create opportunities to strengthen female leadership, foster intergenerational learning, and build support networks among women in the logistics, port, maritime, and foreign trade sectors. Let’s achieve more together!
