WISTA PERU International Women’s Day

Last Sunday, March 17, #WISTAPeru, Association of women in the port, maritime, logistics and foreign trade sector, celebrated International Women’s Day with a special event on the beach ?. During the day, there was an atmosphere of camaraderie where the participants had the opportunity to share their experiences as #women in the sector, the barriers overcome by each one were recognized. Likewise, the importance of continuing to work together to reduce gender gaps was highlighted, the strength and resilience and immense potential of women were celebrated to continue leaving their mark in the maritime, port, logistics and foreign trade industry, paving the way for the following generations ?.
The event was organized by the Talent Management Committee, made up of: Gaby Romero Quevedo, MSC, Patricia Castro Zapata, Liliana Zamora Salazar, Ingrid Huapaya, Karen Gongora, Maria Cristina Escalante Melchiors, Irma Augusto, Alejandra Hijar and had the support and support from the Board of Directors, made up of: Mariela Gutarra, Cinthya Morales Pastor, Monica Esteban Gonzales, Milagros H. and Marisol Geldres.
