Strengthening our personal finances is one of the key pillars of conscious and sustainable leadership.

That’s why WISTA Panama hosted the event “Master Your Personal Finances and Lead Your Future”, an initiative by the Development and Learning Committee, with the valuable support of our members from Hoegh Autoliners and the guidance of Elys Meliza Frías Melgar, Financial Planning Manager at AB-InBev.

During this session, held at the offices of a prominent Norwegian company specializing in maritime transport within the RoRo segment, our members explored how to make financial decisions aligned with their goals, invest strategically, and connect with other women committed to their growth.

We extend our special thanks to our member Jennia Melgar, Vessel Operator at Hoegh Autoliners, and Jessica Méndez, Customer Service Manager, for their support and dedication, as well as to Hoegh Autoliners for opening their doors and making this gathering possible.
