WISTA Cyprus celebrating IMO International Day for Women in Maritime

On the occasion of the IMO International Day for Women in Maritime, WISTA Cyprus is delighted to invite members, friends and the public at large to a special event. “Women in Maritime at full speed ahead” will focus on showcasing the presence of women in maritime and the different roles that women in maritime can fulfill.

Attendees will be able to hear from women and men working in our industry, about the progress made so far in making shipping more inclusive and diverse, but also about the work still to be done in this respect. In addition, they will be able to have individual discussions with professionals from various specialties to gain a better understanding of the possibilities within the sector itself.
