Limassol Port Visit

WISTA CYPRUS had the opportunity to visit the Limassol Port on the invitation of DP World Cyprus and P&O Maritime.
The morning of February 24th kicked off with a series of interesting presentations and discussions; throughout the presentations the company’s focus, commitment and passion on sustainability and empowering women in the maritime industry were evident. What was particularly interesting was to hear about their mentorship program and how young talent is nurtured and recognized.
What followed was a guided tour of the port facilities, where guests were introduced to the port’s operations and, future plans.
To top-off this fantastic morning, a ride on a Pilot Boat was arranged. We sincerely thank DP World, P&O Maritime for their kind invitation.
