Women in the male work environment. Survival Strategies

At our last meeting in May we hosted ladies from the Naval Academy in Gdynia, prof. AMW Astrid Maczkowska-Christiansen and Dr. Iwona Królikowska, who has presented the results of their research entitled “Women in the male work environment. Survival Strategies.”
The issue is as interesting as it is touching, because the fact is that women do not have an easy life at sea and marine industry. This is connected with the stereotypes which all of us have.

We will certainly be back to this issue, cause all of us are fighting with harmful stereotypes.
