WOMEN BUILD SHIPS TOO

‘Women Build Ships Too’, the project of Gdansk Enterpreneurship Incubator STARTER, aims to strengthen the leadership competencies of women working in the maritime and logistics industry in Pomerania region in Poland, raising their visibility as experts and promoting their work in the industry among young people.

Recruitment for the second edition of the mentoring program has just started. The program will last until the end of November 2021 and involves at least 6 mentors and 10 mentees. WISTA Poland is the patron of the event.
