More than 40 ladies of all ranks and from all sectors of the maritime indsutry appeared in a meeting room with a breath-taking view on the Hamburg port in the Columbia towers at the River Elbe. But the view was not as attractive as the event itself: In a 3 hours evening session the audience discussed the question “What can I do to enhance my career”?
