If you are interested in joining WISTA, you must do so through a National WISTA Association (NWA). Each NWA has different requirements and qualifications for membership. Please review the terms and conditions on the NWA page before completing this form, as some NWAs use this as an application for membership. If you are looking for information on membership qualifications or membership fees, please contact a Board Member from your NWA before completing the form.
