WISTA CANADA 2019 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – DECEMBER 4, 2019 MONTREAL

Dear WISTA Canada members,

Please take notice that the annual general meeting of the members of WISTA Canada will be held at the offices of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, 1000 rue De La Gauchetière Ouest, Suite 900, Montréal, Quebec, on December 4, 2019 at 12:30 – 2:00.  Lunch will be served at 12:00.

If you are unable to attend the AGM in person and wish to ensure your vote is included on the proposed resolution in relation to the waiving of a public accountant, approving the Report of the Nominations Committee and approving the financial statements, please contact Joanna Dawson, Secretary of WISTA Canada, to obtain a form of proxy. Signed copies must be submitted to Joanna by email by December 3, 2019.

Please confirm whether you intend to attend the AGM in person or wish to provide your vote by proxy.  As always, it is important you provide your proxy to ensure a quorum is reached.   While any member can attend the AGM,  only those who have their membership fees paid for the year can vote either in person at the meeting or by proxy.
