WISTA Brazil at the AGM 2024

WISTA Brazil represented our country at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of WISTA International , one of the most important events for the association worldwide. During this opportunity, we gathered the National WISTA Associations (NWAs) to discuss the future and development of the maritime sector, surrounded by Wisters from all continents.

AGMs are also an excellent opportunity for networking, with cocktails and dinners that foster valuable connections among industry professionals. ??

At this annual event, the NWAs also discuss important matters such as the approval of plans for the future of WISTA International and the nomination of board members. They assess the performance of the past year and present new projects. AGMs ensure that all Wisters are informed about the association’s activities and how its resources are utilized, exercise their voting rights, and influence the association’s decisions.

The days in Cyprus were unforgettable, with ExCO meetings, sessions with members alongside international leaders, thematic discussions, and much more.
