MARITIME LAW CONEFERENCES OF UCAB GUAYANA

October 19, 2023 to October 21, 2023

WISTA Venezuela together with the Venezuelan Maritime Law Association, the Venezuelan branch of the Ibero-American Institute of Maritime Law and the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello are hosting in the city of Guayana the Fourth Annual Maritime Law Conferences – Ucab Guayana, on October 19th-20th.

This project started in the year 2020, with the impulse of the Young Members of the Venezuelan Maritime Law Association, which was led back then by one of our most recent WISTA Members Ms. Andreina Cruces.

This project was originally launched during the pandemic, so it was initially designed as an online Conference. Now this year for the first time, the MARITIME LAW CONFERENCES OF UCAB GUAYANA will be held on-site, focusing on Maritime Procedural Law. Speakers from all over the country will be united to discuss, comment and design the future of maritime procedural law in Venezuela.

Our President of WISTA Venezuela Ms. Cristina Mujica will be leading the event, with a presentation on the principles and visions of WISTA International.
