Conference Connection is pleased to launch its inaugural Bunker Fuel and Ballast Water Compliance Conference, BuBWCE’19 (13-14 Nov 2019, Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands Singapore).
The 2-Day industry event will address and showcase the practical impact, best practices and contingency measures following adoption of IMO’s 0.5 sulphur cap regulations by 1 January 2020, and the Ballast Water Management Convention already ratified by 81 countries and 80% of the global merchant fleet, with the requirement for installing a Ballast Water Management System on ships after 8 September 2019.
