WISTA Panama is an organization with more than ten years of existence. In May 2018, it reactivated its activities to recruit professionals from the maritime industry and to positively and successfully impact the improvement of the maritime and logistics industry. This is achieved through activities that benefit the Panamanian community and economy, fostering ethics, transparency, promotion, and facilitation of business.

With the aim of supporting the professional careers of women in maritime, WISTA Panama strives to give visibility to the role of women in the maritime industry, foster equity of opportunities, grant its members support and tools to enhance commercial opportunities, contribute to their professional growth, and generate bonds with other associations.

WISTA Panama hosts a vibrant community of professionals who contribute to each other with their knowledge, commercial relationships, and professional backgrounds.
