We wish all of you a healthy and successful New Year! A Dutch traditions for starting the New Year is with a dive in the sea and we have a spectacular beginning for you. On February 13th we will have our own WISTA New Year’s Dive, in the Training centre of STC-KNRM Offshore Safety. We will be trained on surviving skills at sea in a (roofed) swimming pool. The most important skill will be working together. The training pool will challenge us with simulations like waves and lighting.

All participants will be provided with a special suit and the necessary equipment to have a safe and controlled training.

Please be informed no exercise is required to participate, you can decide at any moment whether you feel comfortable participating or having fun watching the others survive.
Of course this training will be controlled and supervised by a professional trainer of STC-KNRM.

At the STC location lockers, changing rooms and showers are available.
It is advised to bring additional dry clothes or swimming clothes.

15.30 – 16.00 Welcome

16.00 – 16.30 Instruction and changing outfit

16.30 – 17.30 Start sea survival

17.30 – 18.00 Changing outfit and evaluation

18.00 – 19.30 Networking drinks with snacks.
