Mirella is a member of WISTA Peru, a Systems Engineer by profession, specialized in the development of Information Technology (IT) projects. Likewise, she is certified as a Project Management Professional PMP® and currently works as Technical Secretary of the Digital Government Committee of the National Port Authority.
