“First effects of the new bunkering regulations” was the theme of the extremely interesting panel discussion at the WISTA Hellas monthly gathering at Piraeus Marine Club and our panelists were Mr. Andrew Dyer, Solicitor at Hill Dickinson LLP, Ms. Maria Theodoridou, Bunker Trader, Bunkernet Ltd., Mrs. Charis Plakantonaki, Chief Strategy Officer at Star Bulk Carries Corp. and Mrs. Elpi Petraki, Operations & Chartering Manager, ENEA Management Inc., Vice President of WISTA Hellas.
