Workshops Series – Workshop 5, September 2024

The last workshop in the 2024 series, held in September, saw the Wista Cyprus members participate in a workshop on Harmonising Body, Speech, and Spirit.

We had the pleasure of having the talented local actor and voice and presentation skills coach Marios Ioannou as our guest speaker.

Marios’ workshop gave insight into the importance of breathing through our core and how to use this as a tool to improve our public speaking.

Through the session, the connection of harmonising body and mind was explored in order to communicate with confidence and clarity.
