Law in Offshore Wind Energy at Gdansk University

On April 10, 2025, the 13th National Maritime Law Conference titled “Law in Offshore Wind Energy” took place and we have a great time with our collegues there. It was organized by the Department of Maritime Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdansk, ELSA Gda?sk, and the Centre for Maritime Economy Research at UG. The event focused on key legal, practical, and socio-economic issues related to the development of offshore wind energy in Poland. Topics discussed included administrative law, environmental protection, and the safety of offshore wind farms.
