Horizontes Femininos — Navigating the Present: Possibilities, Choices and Leadership in a Transforming World

The Norsul team, in partnership with WISTA Brazil, invites you to the 3rd edition of Horizontes Femininos.

The event is dedicated to women in the maritime industry and was created as a space for dialogue, listening and collective reflection on women’s experiences in navigation and the maritime sector, recognizing the importance of fostering environments where their voices and perspectives are valued and heard.

The program encourages reflections on professional journeys, career development, diversity, leadership and market positioning, fostering meaningful discussions about the challenges, opportunities and paths for women in this industry.

The event will also be broadcast live.

Please note: the event will be conducted in Portuguese (BR)

There will be only 50 in-person spots available (on a first-come, first-served basis), in addition to online streaming. Registration is required for both participation formats.
