Dear WISTA Members and Friends,

At SMM, WISTA Germany will be showcasing why diversity is a genuine driver of innovation in the maritime industry. Our session takes a close look at this topic, which is directly relevant to the sector, centered on the panel discussion “Digital, Green, Diverse: Who Will Lead Maritime’s Next Chapter?” Immediately afterward, we’ll crown this year’s Person of the Year – celebrating individuals and organizations who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation, and commitment to diversity and inclusion in maritime and trade. Stay tuned!
