Goals with Soul for your career in 2020
Being a female leader is rewarding. And it is not easy. There are a lot of physical and emotional demands from work and family (not even to mention our own demands to ourselves, which are often the hardest).
At times we can buy into the external expectations and goals and lose sight of what is important to us. Left unattended, this may lead to excessive stress and burnout, affect our leadership abilities, and reduce the overall satisfaction from work and life. We may also be chasing the “wrong goals”.
Let’s have 2020 to be our best and most vibrant year yet! We will spend some time to take a holistic view of our job and set the Goals with Soul for the new year. This short talk will give you clarity about your current work situation, and the next steps that you want to take. It will help you put together a to-do list that you would actually want to act on.
