Founded in 2016, WISTA Brazil now boasts 200+ members across its 14 regional chapters, with the mission to foster the rise of more women to leadership positions and to reduce the gender gap through a networking community that promotes visibility and information exchange among its members, facilitates professional relationships and personal development, engages people and entities in promoting gender equality, and promotes the participation of women in industry events as a hub for women with diverse technical skills in the market. We often say that WISTA Brazil gives back the energy we put into it. Our community is shaped and strengthened daily by the collective efforts of all who are part of it.
