10th International Maritime Law Congress

Our 10th International Maritime Law Congress will be held in Margarita Island, Venezuela, next November 27th – 29th at Sunsol Hotel Unik.

The event will be hosted by the Venezuelan Maritime Law Association (AVDM), the Ibero-American Institute of Maritime Law (IIDM), the University of Margarita and our very own Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association (WISTA Venezuela).

For years, these Associations have been at the forefront of advancing maritime law studies, their development and spread their knowledge in Venezuela. To foster collaboration within the sector and stimulate regional maritime trade, they have united to convene key players from the national and international maritime community. This event will provide a platform for academic exchange, business opportunities, and industry integration.

As an organizer, we want to cordially invite shipping companies, agencies, importers, exporters, ports, fishing and logistics businesses, oil and gas industries, tourism, and the broader maritime sector to participate in this distinguished gathering.
