IMO’s Women in Maritime day is celebrated May 18. The day promotes gender equality and the women who work in maritime professions.
Minna Kivimäki and the Ministry of Transport and Communication invited women who work in versatile maritime positions to celebrate these important themes already on May 17 in the ministry premises. There were naturally several WISTA members present. Thank you for the event and the possibility to discuss the topical themes with you and your team.
WISTA Finland is well pleased to have a person with Minna’s skills, determination, strong administrative experience, work history and enthusiasm as the Finnish nominee to one of the key global roles in the maritime regulatory work!
