Gender Diversity Booklet – 2nd edition

WISTA International, Anglo Eastern, International Seafarers Welfare and Assistance Network (ISWAN) and International Chamber of Shipping (ICS) conducted a public online survey the findings of which were used for the 2nd edition of the Gender Diversity Booklet.
The booklet is intended for all seafarers. It offers guidance on addressing the various challenges in order to build an inclusive culture where diversity is respected and valued.
It is part of an ongoing effort to bring about a shift in the individual mindset, promote gender sensitisation and help raise the profile of women in all parts of the maritime sector.
