WISTA Germany Mentoring Program season 3 gets started – with a new Program Leader and 6 Mentoring-Tandems

The third season of the WISTA Germany Mentoring Programme started on 14th November 2019 with the new Programme Leader, Janine Heinicke.

Janine is a highly experienced Divisional HR Manager with DNVGL and in her current employment in charge for the organisation and execution of the company internal Mentoring Program. With more than 15 years of HR expertise, she is able and committed to add new impulses to the program.

The core of the programme are our 6 Mentors from all areas of the maritime industry offer to share their knowledge and provide precious insights to the mentees. We welcome as Mentors Anita Oestmann, Isabelle Rickmers, Anne Schönewald, Monika Wagener, Sacha Rougier and last but not least Hilde Mohren. The bandwith of topics the mentors can cover is as varied as it could be and is an example for real diversity.

A few presentations of the programme will be open again for all WISTA Germany members and this year be more focussed on Personal Development than ever.
